What we collect and why

From the sign-up form: your knowledge base address, work email and optional answers. We use them to reply, make your PDF and judge whether Helpbinder is worth building. We also note which link brought you here (for example a forum post), not who you are.

Legal basis

Your request (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).

Processor

Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this site, stores form entries, checks the form for spam (Turnstile) and counts visits on our behalf.

How long

Form entries: until the test ends, at most 12 months. Your PDF and working files: deleted within 30 days of sending, or at once on request.

Cookies and analytics

No cookies. Visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, without cookies or personal profiles. Your light or dark choice stays in your browser.

Your rights

Ask for a copy of your data, or to correct or delete it, at contact@helpbinder.com. You can complain to your data protection authority.
